How do I choose the right size for my child?
You can refer to our Size Guide available on each product page. We recommend measuring your child’s height, weight, and chest/waist circumference, then comparing them with our chart for the best fit.
Do Nice Kids clothes fit true to size?
Yes, most of our products are true to size based on the age range. However, since every child grows differently, we always suggest checking the measurements in our Size Guide before purchasing.
What if my child is between two sizes?
If your child is in between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit and room to grow.
Can I exchange the product if the size doesn’t fit?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for size issues. Please refer to our Size Guide carefully before making a purchase.

We use carefully selected fabrics such as cotton, rayon, tencel, and soft blends that are gentle on children’s skin and suitable for everyday wear.
Are the fabrics safe for babies and children?
Yes! All of our fabrics are child-friendly, breathable, and safe, making them comfortable for both babies and active kids. We prioritize soft and hypoallergenic materials to reduce the risk of irritation, especially for babies and toddlers with delicate skin.
Are the fabrics durable after washing?
Yes. Our clothes are designed to be wash-friendly and long-lasting. With proper care, they remain soft and maintain their shape even after multiple washes.

When will I receive my order?
After the payment for your order is confirmed, packing. The shipping process will be completed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on the designated delivery address.
Can I cancel my order?
If you opted for Bank Transfer as your payment mode, you can cancel your order by not continuing with the payment process. Otherwise, the order cannot be cancelled after payment is confirmed.
Can I change the delivery address?
We’re sorry, but the delivery address can no longer be changed once your order and payment are confirmed. If you accidentally entered the wrong address, please contact our customer service team immediately for further assistance.
I haven’t received my order confirmation email, how do I know my order is confirmed?
Please check your spam folder in case the confirmation email made its way there. If you registered an account on our website, you can log in to your account and check your current order in the order history. If none of the mentioned attempts made no avail, you can always reach out to us through WhatsApp and we’ll be happy to help you track your order status.
How do I check my order status?

What courier services do you use?
We partner with trusted courier services in Indonesia such as JNE and J&T. The available options will appear at checkout, and you can choose the one most convenient for you. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and chosen courier.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally. Please contact us directly through WhatsApp for countries that are not available in the shipping destination
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us through Whatsapp with your order number. We will help coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

Can I exchange my purchased item?
Yes, please read more details regarding our exchange policy.
What item can be exchanged?
- Defective item or product that didn’t match your size & incorrect product.
- Defective product will be exchanged for the same product with the same size.
- Incorrect product will be exchanged to the correct product based on the invoice.
If the product for exchange is not available, the original item will be exchanged to other available colors or sizes. We are truly sorry if we have sent you the wrong or defective product.
Kindly note that we do not offer cash refunds for any of our products under any circumstances.
What item cannot be exchanged?
- Correct product based on the invoice (we do not accept exchange for a different print or model).
- Items that have been washed, used, or had their original branding or tags removed by the customer.
- Defect after the product has been worn or tried by the customer.
- Products with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains, dust etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect. The color shown on the desktop/phone screen may be different with the original products. In such circumstances, it will not be considered as a defect and we will not accept any exchanges.
*)Nice Kids reserves every right to refuse your exchange if it doesn’t follow our exchange policy. We may have to send the product back to the customer and shipping fee will be charged to the customer.
Terms & Conditions
- Exchange request is only applicable within 3 x 24hr after your order is received.
- Items must be returned to us within 5 business days from the date of order received.
- Product in its original condition when you first receive, material does not deform, odorless, etc.
- Unwashed (haven’t been soaked)
- Tag is still intact, label and packaging in undamaged condition.
- Exchange product(s) can only be done one time.
- Shipment fee on exchange products will be charged to customers.
- For the defective products / incorrect products received, we will provide free shipping to our warehouse and back to customers.
- We reserve every right to refuse the second exchange request.
Contact us through Whatsapp with your order number and photos displaying the item’s defects or other relevant details. Once we have agreed on the exchange, we will proceed with the shipment of your new item. The shipment timeline will follow our regular schedule.

Can I return my purchased item?
No, all purchases are final and we do not accept any returns.

What is your refund policy?
We only accept refunds for purchased items that’s suddenly out of stock in the middle of the production process. First we will offer to exchange the out-of-stock item with other item that’s available, but then if you do not wish to exchange, we will be happy to refund the amount accordingly. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process. In this case, we will stay in touch with you through WhatsApp regarding the out-of-stock issue and help you with the refund process.
